CONSTITUTION:An attachment is coupled with a rotary spindle 26 of a machine tool through a shank 10. And a non-rotation member 1 is adapted not rotate to a spindle bed 27 or the like by a pin 8. When a drive spindle 2 of the attachment is rotated by the rotary spindle 26, a hydraulic pump 13 is driven and pressurized fluid forcibly sent from this pump is supplied to a hydraulic pressure motor 14 through a circulation flow path 23. As a result, the motor 14 is operated to rotate a tool clamp drive shaft 4. Fluid discharged from the motor returns to the pump through a flow path 24.
