PURPOSE:To perform a mass production at the low cost of the composite metal plate light weight material excellent in both corrosion resistance and workability and having small specific gravity by overlapping a titanium blank and Al blank heated at a specific temp. and rolling then at the rolling reduction rata satisfying the equation of a specific rolling reduction rate. CONSTITUTION:Only an Al base metal is heated at 300-500 deg.C and a titanium mating metal is not heated, and these are overlapped. This overlapped material is rolled at the rolling reduction rate satisfying the equation rolling reduction rate % >=637.5T<-0.555> (whereas, T is heating temp. of Al base metal) and both are joined. The mass production of the composite metal plate having excellent corrosion resistance, workability and anisotropy, etc., and sufficient joinability can thus be performed. |
