PURPOSE:To improve cooling performance and to shorten precooling time as well as to prevent insufficient cooling of a superconducting coil member by a method wherein a layer whose material has a favorable thermal conductivity is formed at least on one of the internal and external surfaces of an external superconducting coil winding section of the internal container. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer 11 with copper plating whose material has favorable thermal conductivity is formed on the internal wall section of a superconducting coil winding section 34 where the superconducting coil member 4 of an internal container 3 consisting of a superconducting coil 2 is wound. One part of the coating layer 11 undergoes a masking process to prevent the whole surface from being coated and prevent excessive generation of heat due to the conduction of current or the running the induced current during. The connecting section of the third channel member 35 undergoes masking process so as to perform welding after winding the superconducting coil member 4. |
