PURPOSE:To omit decoding time by registering previously a conversion style that converts the style of information into an easy-to-decode style and delivers it and delivering the information extracted out of a specified storing position within a specific file after converting it into a designated conversion style. CONSTITUTION:A conversion designating information register means 2 is started with the input given from a paper card or a keyboard, etc. to register the conversion designating information to a conversion designating information register file 3 for conversion into the information of a style optimum to decode the coding information. While an intra-file information reading means 5 is driven by the means 1 to extract the designated information out of the subject file 4. A conversion processing means 6 converts the information extracted from the file 4 by the conversion designating information registered in the file 3 and delivers it through an output device 8 after editing 7. By this method, the decoding labour is eliminated and the working efficiency is remarkably improved. |
