PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale by executing various processings such as a space filtering, a logic filtering, or a mask operation, etc., by using in common the greater part of the circuit. CONSTITUTION:In case of executing a general space filtering, a prescribed coefficient code is stored in advance in a coefficient store part 16, zero is stored in advance in a bias store part 18, and an output of the second adder 32 is selected by a selector 36. Nine pirces of picture element data from a data extracting part 14, and coefficients corresponding to nine pieces of coefficient codes from the coefficient store part 16 are multiplied, respectively, and a value which has added a result of its multiplication by a nine piece portion is obtained from the selector 36. Also, in case of executing an expansion processing by a logic filtering, 32 is always set as the coefficient code. By selecting in advance an overflow signal by the selector 36, a signal for showing a result of the expansion processing is obtained. Also, case of reduction processing and a mask processing, an output of a zero detector 34 is selected and outputted by the selector 36, respectively. |
