PURPOSE:To discharge water trapped on the folded end portion of a water-expansion type rising and falling dam made of a flexible film to the outside of the dam by providing a small pipe having an opening near the folded end portion of the inside of the dam, connecting from a water supply and discharge pipe to the inside of the dam. CONSTITUTION:A flexible small pipe 7 is provided in such a way that it is opened near the folded end portion 6 of the expanded skin in the water expansion type film baggy skin 1 attached to the top of the convexed crest 3 of concrete. The pipe 7 is connected from a water supply and discharge pipe 2 to a water supply and discharge port 5. Even when the level of water 4 trapped near the folded end 6 becomes lower than the level of the port 5, the water can be all discharged to the outside of the dam by a siphoning phenomenon. |
