Previously unknown derivatives of glycero-3(2)-phospho-L- serin of the formula <IMAGE> in which A is optionally substituted C5-C30-alkoxy, optionally substituted C5-C30-alkenoxy, where a double bond in the alkenoxy group does not emanate from the oxygen-bonded C atom, halogen or a group of the formula -O-(CH2)n-CF3 (II) in which n is 0, 1, 2 or 3, and in which one of the groups B and C, which can be identical to the group A or different from it, has one of the meanings given for A or is hydrogen, while the other is a phosphatidyl-L-serine group of the formula <IMAGE> with the restriction that at least one of the groups A, B and C denote C5-C30-alkoxy or C5-C30-alkenoxy, are prepared by several different processes. The compounds (I) can be used as active constituents in pharmaceutical preparations which have a cytostatic effect.
