The surface part contg. the mouth is a part of a nozzle, and faces the material strip in close proximity to it, and the mouth part has a front section which widens in the fluid flow direction, and issues in the surface part. It also has a cross-sectional area twice as large as that of a rear part located at a distance from the surface part. The fluid flow channel has an inlet part tangentially directed in relation to the mouth part connected to the latter in its rear section. The nozzles are fitted in through holes in a wall part which has a surface facing the material strip and located immediately alongside it. The surface part of each nozzle lies radially outside the surface of the wall component at a predetermined slight distance from it so that a ring-shaped space is formed immediately adjacent to the surface part. The fluid feed incorporates a casing on the exterior of the wall part comprising a fluid chamber and the nozzles arranged in a number of rows, the inlet parts of which communicate directly with the chamber. |
