<p>PURPOSE:To wrap a skin material easily in a core material consisting of a board, etc. by applying a synthetic resin on one surface of the core material and drying the synthetic resin, wrapping the skin material made of a synthetic resin from the other surface side and high-frequency welding the peripheral region of the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 2 such as a thermoplastic synthetic resin film is placed on a lower electrode plate 4 with a frame 3, a core material 1 consisting of a board, etc. on which a vinyl-acetate vinyl-chloride copolymer emulsion is applied and dried is superposed on the skin material while directing said applying surface to an upper surface, an upper movable electrode plate 5 is lowered, and the core material 1 is pushed by an elastic body 6. Consequently, the priphery of the skin material 2 is folded up, the electrode plate 5 is further lowered, a rotor 9 and cam mechanisms 7, 7' are operated, the periphery of the skin material wrapped in the circumferential edge of the core material, and high-frequency electricity is applied whie the skin material is pressed by an electrode 11 and the fold-back section of the skin material is welded and unified with the periphery of the back of the core material. The method is fitted for manufacturing a cover, an interior material, etc.</p> |
