<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the distance between a transfer part and a fixing part and to reduce the size of a device, and to absorb a shock applied to a transfer material by a loop and to form an image of good quality by forming and maintaining the specific loop of the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:An upward projection passage 6 which forms the specific loop of the transfer material is provided in the middle between the transfer part 2a and fixing part 5a, and sensors 7a and 7b are provided nearby the fixing part 5a. Further, the transfer material is made nearly equal in speed at the transfer part 2a and fixing part 5a. When the transfer material reaches the fixing part 5a and the sensors 7a and 7b senses that, motors M1 and M2 which drive the transfer part 2a and fixing part 5a stop to form the loop and are then driven a constant set time later. Thus, the specific loop of the transfer material is formed and maintained.</p> |
