<p>PURPOSE:To realized a smaller=sized stabilizer for a discharge lamp without a projected mounting section and with simplified mounting work by providing plural lower holes for tapping screws on the bottom plate of the stabilizer contacting with a filled section of a filler. CONSTITUTION:After a filler 3 has been filled, a bushing 14 is fitted into a lower hole 9 for a tapping screw provided on the plane corresponding to the mounting section of a cylindrical case 1. The bushing 14, which is formed of an elastic body, has a hole 10 whose top is closed at the center and a conical top 13 on which a flange 11 is provided through a ring-shaped groove 12. To mount a ballast for a discharge lamp on an iluminating apparatus and the like, it is only required to apply the ballast to the specified position of the iluminating apparatus 5 and the like, and to screw a tapping screw 16 into the hole 10 in the bushing 14 from outside of a hole 15 for mounting the ballast.</p> |
