<p>Installation composed of a transportation unit with a bucket chain, an annealing tunnel and a storage unit. The transportation unit includes means for monitoring the bottles and means for transferring them to the conveyor belt of the tunnel. Actuation of the bucket chain and of the monitoring means and transfer means takes place in synchronized fashion from the bottle-forming machine. The storage unit includes a rotary horizontal platform which receives the bottles and diverts them to receiving trays. The transfer means include pressing clamps, a falling ramp which reaches the belt of the tunnel and passage gates. The movement of all the members is synchronized with the bottle-forming machine, preventing manufacture and processing of bottles becoming out of phase. The installation allows automatic packaging of the bottles.</p> |
