The invention relates to a quick-catch device on feeding and removal devices on forming machines, especially in transfer moulding presses, which device is composed of a gripper rail and a device for receiving mould parts which is fastened to the latter, and its object is to make it possible to replace the device for receiving the mould parts in a very simple fashion. According to the invention, a quick-catch device is proposed, in the case of which replacement of the device receiving the mould parts is made possible by the fact that there is fastened to the device for receiving the mould parts a trapezoidal baseplate (1) which has bevelled side edges, forms a wedge-shaped prismatic guide in a displaceable fashion in the guiding strips (2) which are fastened to the gripper rail (4) by means of a base surface (3) and is operatively connected to a locking system which is arranged in a bore in the gripper rail and is composed of a guide bush (5) in which a bolt (6) is arranged in such a way that it can be acted upon by pressure in the direction of the gripper rail against the resistance of a compression spring (7) which is arranged in a bore in the bolt. This ensures that the device for receiving the mould parts can, owing to replacement of the tool and of the changed sheet metal mould part, be clamped absolutely securely and without play in a short time. <IMAGE>
