PURPOSE:To prevent jutting out of adhesive from U-groove effectively when assembling a window glass, in a holder to be coupled to up/down moving mechanism of window glass having U-groove for holding the lower edge section of window glass, by providing a tube insertable into one end of U-groove. CONSTITUTION:The holder 3 has U-groove 6 for holding the lower edge section of window glass 1 at the upper side horizontal edge section 5 while integrally provided with slide side 8 to be guided through guide path arranged in the door and lifted/lowered through vertically moving mechanism not shown. When securing said holder 3 to the lower edge of window glass 1, a tube 9 is first fitted in a guide 10 formed at the side end section of slide side of U-groove 6. After filling U-groove 6 with adhesive, the lower edge section of window glass 1 is inserted into U-groove 6 where adhesive is blocked from jutting out of U-groove 6 by means of the tube 9 which is pushed into the push-in hole 10' as the window glass 1 is inserted. |
