PURPOSE:To acquire a paste of a sufficiently small electric resistance value suitable for practical use by compounding a specified part by weight of a tetravalent or more aldose with a given pts.wt. of a specified metal powder and phenolic resin. CONSTITUTION:1 to 20 pts.wt. of a tetravalent or more aldose is incorporated to 100 pts.wt. of an effective ingredient comprising 60 to 90 pts.wt. of a metal powder having its Cu powder surface coated with an oxidation resisting metal layer consisting mainly of Ag, Ni, Au, Pd or the like to form a paste which results in a practically usable conductive paste product affording a sufficiently small volume resistivity of less than ten minus squared ohm centimeter. |
