PURPOSE:To prevent natural looseness in fitting between a clip and an object on which the clip is fitted and prevent abnormal sound from being produced by providing on both sides of the clip with fixing parts rising obliquely from retaining plate inward to oppose each other with their tips provided with teeth and with the opposite side of the teeth provided with arm parts to form a clip. CONSTITUTION:After fitting a base metal or a metal bracket 22 over a rib-like projection 21 of an object over which a clip 10 is to be fitted, the clip 10 is fitted. Here, the clip 10 is manually held by the raised part 16 and depressed so that the rib-like projection 21 is inserted between engage-retaining teeth 13. And oblique arm parts 14 are brought into contact with the metal bracket 22 so that a gap X between the metal bracket and a retaining plate 11 is closed and a condition of constantly being resiliently pressed is maintained. As described above, the clip 10 is formed by providing on both sides of the retaining plate 11 made of a thin elastic sheet material with fixing parts 12, providing with the engage-retaining teeth 13 at the other ends of the fixing parts 12, and providing with arm parts 14 in the opposite direction to the teeth 13. |
