摘要 PURPOSE:To economize manhour and improve safety by obtaining the allowable movement range of the position of a vessel for the anchor position by a measuring and calculating means and judging the generation of ineffective anchor by a comparison means on the basis of the obtained data, thus automatically detecting the ineffective anchor with high precision. CONSTITUTION:A variety of data are taken into the initial-position memory part 102 of the calculation processing part 100 of a computer 10, and the radius of movement or the anchor position of a vessel is calculated in a movement- radius calculation part 104. Then, in an allowable radius calculation part, the allowable range of the movement is calculated, and accommodated together with the movement radius into a buffer memory D, and represented onto a display 10A. On the other hand a GPS receiver 12 outputs the vessel position data onto the computer 10, and represents a proper symbol onto the display device 10A. The position data is input into a position comparison part 108, and it is always comparison-judged if the position of the vessel is within an allowable range or not, and ineffective anchor is judged. Therefore, ineffective anchor can be detected automatically and with high precision, and manhour can be economized, and safety can be improved.
