PURPOSE:To permit the removal of a large amount of burrs in a short time and cost cut by fitting a number of products onto an inner-periphery polishing jig having the diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the product and revolving the jig and polishing the product by a plate-shaped outer-periphery polishing jig which swings so as to depart from the inner-periphery polishing jig. CONSTITUTION:About 500 pieces of ring-shaped plastic products 1 after punching work are inserted from one edge of a rotary shaft 4 into an inside-diameter polishing-material layer 11 so as to contact with a flange 5, and piled, and then the edge part is fixed by a flange 5' and axially laid between bearing mechanism 6 and 6. When revolved by a motor 9, the product 1 revolves because of the frictional resistance between the polishing material layer 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the product. When an outside-diameter polishing material layer 12 is pressed from behind and gently attached onto the outer peripheral surface of the product, the inner and the outer peripheral surfaces of the ring 1 can be polished, and the impurities such as burr are removed and cut. Therefore, a large amount of burrs can be removed in a short time, and the quality of the product can be improved, and cost cut is permitted. |
