PRODUCTION OF WIRE GUIDE FOR DOT PRINTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a prescribed titled wire guide with good inside surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy without working stress and strain by immersing a sintered and molded ceramic member into an etching soln. and subjecting the member to chemical etching under the irradiation of laser light. CONSTITUTION:The sintered and molded Al2O3 ceramic member 1 is immersed in an aq. KOH alkaline soln. 12. A pulse waveform ArYAG laser beam 7 from a laser oscillator 6 is reflected 8 and condensed 9 and is then irradiated to the prescribed position of the ceramic member 1. Chemical etching by the aq. alkali soln. 12 is executed by the adoption of the laser beam energy and the generation of work stress and strain in the member 1 is obviated by the diffusion of the generated heat. The wire guide of the prescribed size is bored with a hole by the set laser power and the inside surface thereof is made smooth.
