PURPOSE:To conduct a vibration test of all conveyed bodies by carrying out a vibration performance test which is obtained when the conveyed bodies which are assembled on a conveyor are mounted separately from the conveyor after the conveyed bodies are assembled and before they are conveyed to a next line. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 6 where a conveyed body 3 is mounted is conveyed onto an elevation means 12 by the conveyor 2 and stopped and then elevated by the elevation means 12 to specific height, and the conveyed body 3 is held by a holding means 42 supported by a rubber support means. Then only the pallet 6 is lowered by the elevation means 12 and while the conveyed body 3 is held by the holding means 42, a vibration measuring means 48 measures the vibration of the conveyed body 3. Then the pallet 6 is elevated again by the elevation means 12 to receive the conveyed body 3 onto the pallet 6 from the holding means 42, and the pallet 6 is lowered and discharged from on the elevation means 12 by the conveyor 2, thus measuring the vibration of the conveyed body 3. Consequently, the vibration test of all conveyed bodies is conducted during a process. |
