PURPOSE:To make a fluid sealed between the vanes of a rotor escape into a chamber, solve the occurrence of a shock by the confined pressure fluid, and prevent the vibration and noise by providing a passage in each position between vanes of the rotor, and integrating a check valve into this passage. CONSTITUTION:A ring form chamber 22 is formed on the inner circumferential side of a rotor 7. A passage 23 communicating from the outer circumferential surface into the chamber 22 is provided in each position between recessed channels 8. A check valve for allowing the flow of a fluid from the outer circum ference toward the chamber 22 side and interrupting the reverse direction flow is integrated in the course of the passage 23. When the rotor 7 is rotated through a main shaft 5, vanes 9 are rotated within the pump chamber 2 to suck and exhaust the fluid. In this case, if the fluid pressure confined in a variable capacity chamber formed between the vanes 9 is abnormally increased, the check valve 24 is opened to make the fluid escape into the chamber 22, and the occurrence of vibration and noise is prevented. |
