<p>The laminated product (2) formed by alternated piling of glass sheets and thermoplastic sheets is placed on a conveyor belt (1) with indexed feed. In position (2), the laminated product is heated by dielectric losses between the plates (3a and 3b), connected to the generator (4). In position (2'), the laminated product is clamped between the jack plates (5a and 5b) of which the sides facing each other are lined with soft walls sealingly secured by their edges. Pressure air is introduced through conduits such as (5c) between the jack plate (5a, 5b) and its soft wall. The progressive inflation bulges the soft walls, and the clamping area of the laminated product (2') is progressively developed from the center towards the edges, while expelling air imprisoned in the laminated product (2'). After solidification of the thermal plastic material, the laminated product (2") is unloaded.</p> |
