PURPOSE:To substantially uniformly generate a rotary torque over the entire rotating area by always forming a combination of an exciting coil and a permanent magnet not opposed one by one during the rotation of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:One set is formed of three exciting coils 21, and four permanent magnets 11 are provided in the corresponding range. In other words, the number of the magnets 11 is larger by one than that of the coils 21 within one set. Thus, even when a pair of coils 21 are opposed to the magnets 11, a rotary torque is generated by a combination of the coils 21 and the magnets 11. Accordingly, a rotary torque can be generated substantially uniformly over the entire rotating area. |
