发明名称 WOUND CORE MANUFACTURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance productivity of a wound core by a method wherein a belt to wind up a steel plate and a carrying roller are driven by one motor to simplify the construction of a control system, and cutting and winding up of the belt naterial are performed automatically corresponding to the turns of the wound core. CONSTITUTION:A belt 19 is driven by a servomotor 22, pulses are generated from a generator 26 through a roller 202, and counding is performed by a counter 34 corresponding to the peripheral length of a steel plate 1 wound up to a shaft 18. While, a switch 27 is operated according to the rotation of the shaft 18 to hold the number of pulses in a counted number holder 35, next winding up length (the number of rotation of rollers 16) is operated by an arithmetic unit 29 to generate pulses by a pulse generator 30, and the difference between the pulses generated from the generator 26 is held to zero by a difference counter 31. Thus obtained signal is converted by a D/A converter 32, a generator 23 generates pulses corresponding to the rotation of the servomotor 22 to perform feedback control, and the motor 22 is rotated only by the amount of one turn of the core. Blades 17 are operated to perform cutting according to the signal of the counter 31 indicating that the difference is zero at the action finishing point in time of the winding up belt 19 and the carrying rollers 16. According to this construction, the belt material is cut automatically at the very prescribed length, and wound cores being wound up be every respective turns can be formed having high productivity.
