<p>PURPOSE:To aim improvement in molding properties, thermal conductivity, water resistance, etc., and in lightweight properties, by making an inner container consisting of a plastic material having improved thermal conductivity and setting a promoting means to improve heat transfer of natural convection at lest on the inside face of the inner container. CONSTITUTION:The inner container 3 to store a material to be preserved is set in the outer container 1 which has heat insulating properties and constitution to stand vacuum while leaving the cold air circulating passageway 2. The inner container 3 consists of the plastic material 3a having improved thermal conductivity and the film 3b of coating consisting of a metal having improved thermal conductivity to promote heat transfer of natural convection is set at least on an inside face of the inside and outside faces of the inner container 3. A fresh food such as fruit, vegetable, etc, and a microorganism, etc., is put in the inner container 3, the outer container 1 is evacuated by a vacuum pump, a cold air is circulated through the passageway 2 by the refrigerator 4 and cold air circulating fan 6 and the food is stored at low temperature and high humidity suitable for preservation of the material to be preserved.</p> |
