<p>PURPOSE:To estimate the titled temp. before completion of recuperation, by measuring surface temp. of representative point of material to be cooled to obtain a representative surface temp., further calculating a standard cooling stopping temp. and setting the suitable aimed cooling stopping temp. CONSTITUTION:Surface temp. of representative point of material to be cooled during recuperation after forced cooling at >=2 times to obtain the representative surface temp. TAV. At every two suitable standard temps. Tl(l=1.2), a difference DTl between surface temp. at recuperation completion and the temp. AAV, a difference DELTATplk between said surface temp. and average temp. in sheet thickness direction at the point and a temp. lowering DELTATfpl by air cooling to recuperation after forced cooling stopping are expressed by a function of water quantity density, thickness of material to be cooled and representative temp. variation, and the standard cooling stopping temp. TfTl is calculated by a formula I. Simultaneously the suitable aimed cooling stopping temp. T'fo is set and a cooling stopping temp. Tfen is calculated by a formula II. In this way, stopping temp. of material to be cooled can be obtd. during recuperation, quality of product is controlled and productivity is improved.</p> |
