In the case of a projection device for parallax panoramagrams, having a unidirectionally direction-selective projector screen, the panoramagrams produced by a plurality of projectors are repeated in a plurality of panorama areas. Image displays - without any additional optical aids - can be perceived there three-dimensionally from a plurality of perspectives. The invention makes use of the fact that the light beams en route from the projectors (Pn) to the lens-grid projection screen (LS/PS) are reflected by both the lens through which they pass on the outward path and by its adjacent cylindrical lenses to achieve the result that to produce the image stripes behind the cylindrical lenses, their adjacent lenses are also made use of. This means that the projectors (Pn) can be located in different panorama areas (PF). In consequence, their dimensions are non-critical.
