PURPOSE:To facilitate the cleaning of an orifice by using a detachable light transmissive thin plate on an incidence side for an exciting light beam which illuminate particles. CONSTITUTION:This is the flow cell of an analyzing device which measure the capacity and optical characteristics of particles suspended in a solution at the same time. This flow cell is equipped with a solution inflow part and a solution outflow part 4, a flow passage composed of the orifice between them, a sample pipe 1 through which particles are passed, one by one, to the orifice 3, and an electrode means 7 for detecting electric variation when particles pass through the orifice 3. Then, the incidence side for the exciting light beam 8 which illuminates the particles is composed of a cover glass 11 which is the detachable light transmissive thin plate. |
