MOVABLE BED FEEDER USING BALL SCREW

PURPOSE:To facilitate a centering working and shorten a operative time by incorporating a ball nut together with a ball nut in a mounting hole provided in a movable bed and mounting the movable bed on a fixed base to insert a bearing holder from a cut groove of a bearing hole and fix it to a mounting surface. CONSTITUTION:A movable bed 4 is provided with a mounting hole 9 having the same bore as the outer diameter of a ball nut 12 and parallel to the guide surface of the movable bed 4, and a ball screw 11 is screwed into the ball nut 12 fixedly through a flange 13. A fixed base 2 is provided with a bearing hole 17 parallel to the guide surface of the fixed base 2 for fixedly attaching a bearing holder 14. This bearing holder 17 is provided with a cut groove 18 having the bore somewhat larger than the outer diameter dimension of the bearing holder 14. By this constitution is not needed the concentricity between the mounting hole of the movable bed and the bearing hole of the fixed base so that working time and incorporating time can be shortened.
