The ski (1) consists of two superimposed parts (30, 40) spaced apart at the binding fixture point. The binding is mounted on the top part (40) or the top strap. The top part (40) together with the bottom part (30) form the unified ski extending the whole length. An easily deformable material is inserted between the top (40) and bottom (30) parts and is in the form of a visco-elastic component (9) taking ski-binding screws (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - The ski's tread surface are not deformed by the forces exerted by the binding.
