<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a print laminate product showing no foaming at the time of thermal press bonding and having good gloss, by applying thermal press bonding lamination to a film and printed paper by passing both of them between a heating roll and a press bonding roll while suceedingly allowing the formed laminate to run on the surface of a heating roll. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 is wound up in a roll form and arranged to the upper part of a press bonding part 10 and supplied from this part through a guide roll 12, so that the heat-sensitive adhesive resin layer 3 thereof is combined with the printed surface of a printing paper piece 4 and the base film layer 2 thereof comes to the side of a heating roll 6 while the printed paper piece 4 to the side of a press bonding roll 7, and the printed paper piece 4 and the film 1 for print lamination are instantaneously subjected to thermal press bonding lamination. The printed paper piece 4 to which print lamination is applied, that is, a crude print laminate product 5 is succeedingly run on the half peripheral surface of the heating roll 6 and receives polishing at this part to be formed into a print laminate product 5'.</p> |
