The joint (1) consists of a single elongated plastics body (2) having at its ends aligned blind-bottom sockets (3,4) for receiving the ends (5) of parts of a tubular structure. A hole (15) traverses perpendicularly the centre of said single body (2) for receiving a rotation hub (16) of a hose reel.
