PURPOSE:To attain a safe dialing and talking even during the driving of an automobile by providing a speech recognizing means and a hand free talking means. CONSTITUTION:Voice of 10 figures is uttered in advance and the voice standard patterns of the 10 figures are registered in a memory in a speech recognition section 33. In this case, the voice input is given from the transmitter-receiver of a telephone set 32. The dialing has only to hook off the transmitter-receiver and to utter the telephone number of an opposite party, the voice is recognized by collating it with the voice standard pattern registered in advance in the voice recognition section 33 and sending a signal corresponding to the recognized figure from a control section 21. After the end of originating operation by the control section 31, a switching signal to the hand the talking function is given from the control section 31, an automatic switching equipment 28 applies automatic changeover from the transmitter-receiver, talking function to the hand free talking function to attain hand free talking and the talking is given through a microphone 35 and a speaker 36. |
