PURPOSE:To properly carry out extraction from drink extraction materials by providing both a water sprinkling plate having a large number of small holes arranged on the upper position of a filter body and a piston body by which the water supplied in the inside of a cylinder is forcibly fed toward a filter body through the water sprinkling plate. CONSTITUTION:When a coffee cartridge 3 is placed on a bottom cover body 22, a flange part 2B is placed on a ringlike placing part 33, and a filter part 2A is positioned in the inside of a recessed part 31. Between the filter part 4 and the recessed part 31, a space is formed. This space becomes a temporary reserving space of the water passed through the coffee cartridge 3. When a cup of hot water is supplied to the inside of a cylinder part 23 from a water- boiling/hot-water supply part 10 through a hot-water feed pipe 16, the hot water passes through a large number of small holes 5 of a water sprinkling plate 4, and then is slowly and evenly sprinkled all over the entire region of the upper surface of the filter part 2A. Thus, since the hot water slowly permeates into drink extraction materials, contact time of the hot water and the drink extraction materials is prolonged, and also the inside of the cartridge 3 turns into a steaming condition, and coffee essencecan sufficiently be extracted. |
