This invention relates to epoxy resin composition whose impregnation property and flame-resisting property are excellent. Prepreg or laminate epoxy resin composition is prepd. by mixing epoxy resin with 4-bromo-bis, phenol-A compd.. The epoxy resin contains active hydroxy group and its molecular weight is 800 1000. Bromine content of 4- bromo-bis, phenol-A is more than 50%. The hardening agent of this composition is quaternary ammonium halide.
