PURPOSE:To form a fine woody powder aggregate material having sufficient hardness and a dryness degree, by suppressing the generation of wood vinegar gas and steam in molding a resin. CONSTITUTION:A chip crushed material crushed and dried by a crushing apparatus 1 is received the addition of a urea resin and a curing agent in a mixing apparatus 3 to be impregnated therewith and a crushing apparatus 7 heats, cures and finely pulverizes the resin impregnated dried crushed material supplied from a drying apparatus 6. A crushing apparatus 9 again heats, cures and finely pulverizes the formed fine aggregate material. In this case, the crushing apparatus 7 and a tank 10, and the mixing apparatus 3 and a screw apparatus 5 are separately communicated. |
