PURPOSE:To automatically update software to a latest version by transferring a load module of the software corresponding to a difference of the latest software management information of a first processor which a second processor has, to a first processor and updating the software of the first processor. CONSTITUTION:A difference extracting means 10 compares a software version management table 7 and a software management table 6. Subsequently, the difference extracting means 10 extracts a load module corresponding to a difference of a program B from a software load module store area 13 and transfers it to a first processor 3. Next, the load module of the program B is written in a software load module store area 12, and simultaneously, a version of the program B of the software management table 6 of a first processor 3 is updated to the latest state. In such a way, in the case of recovering the software, it is updated automatically to the latest software.
