<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled ceramic ink composition capable of easily forming a highly complicated multi-colored pattern on a heat-resistant material, by compounding a mixed calcination color pigment to the components such as an ultraviolet-curing resin, an adhesive polymer, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink can be produced by kneading (A) an ultraviolet-curing resin, (B) an adhesive polymer (e.g. polymethyl methacrylate), (C) a low-melting glass, (D) a photosensitizer (e.g. benzoin ethyl ether) and (E) a mixed calcination color pigment. The ratios A/B/C/D/E are preferably (30-200)/(10-100)/(100-500)/(3-10)/100pts.wt. A pattern is applied to a heat- resistant material with the ink by screen printing or gravure printing and irradiated with ultraviolet radiation. A durable heat-resistant pattern can be produced by repeating the printing and the ultraviolet irradiation procedures.</p> |
