<p>PURPOSE:To attain smooth copying by providing a cutter for copying paper near a discharge outlet of the copying paper and at the rear side in the moving direction of the copying paper. CONSTITUTION:The discharge outlet 16 of the copying paper 3 is surrounded by two faces in long and short directions, the long direction is formed at right angles to a carrying path 14 of the copying paper 3 and the short direction is formed in parallel with the carrying path 14 of the copying paper 3. After copying is finished, when the paper is cut off by using the cutter 21, the copying paper 3 is left in the short direction by the elasticity of the copying paper 3. That is, the length (l) in the long direction is longer than the length S in the short direction, then the length (t) being the subtraction of the S from the (l) is left at the outside of the copying machine 1. Thus, in applying the next copy, the operator draws out the copying paper 3 by picking up a start end 4 of the paper 3 at the outside of the copying machine 1 and the copying is attained smoothly.</p> |
