PURPOSE:To improve the vacuum adhesivness of the titled plate to a film original plate and the antielectrification characteristic on the surface of a photosensitive layer and to prevent the disturabance and contamination of printed matter by incorporating a matting agent contg. an org. compd. having fluorine soluble in a developing soln. into the photosensitive layer on a base. CONSTITUTION:The matting agent contg. the org. compd. having the fluorine soluble in the developing soln. is incorporated into the photosensitive layer on the base. The org. compd. incorporated into such matting agent is exemplified by a polymer having an alkali solubilizing group together with fluorine atoms into the molecule. The photosensitive printing plate formed by fixing and forming the photosensitive layer contg. such matting agent on the surface and drying the same has the matte surface; therefore, a positive original can be tightly adhered thereto in a short period by a vacuum contact method. There is no need for adding an extra stage, for example, stage for coating and heating of the matte layer, etc. and the electrostatic charge of the photosensitive layer surface is prevented. The printing plate obtd. by immersing the same in a developing soln. and developing the plate is processed with an offset printing machine, by which the printed matter having the sharp image without the disturbance of dots is obtd. |
