PURPOSE:To improve a rate of yield as well as to promote effeciency for operation, by making the number of accepted sheets as the goal so as to be securable even if a distance between a payoff reel and a sheet cutting shear. CONSTITUTION:In case of a tail end cutting method in a coil shear line, acceptance or rejection on a sheet is judged and selected in an A point at the inlet side or a B point at the outlet side of a sheet cutting shear 16, and when the accepted sheet number (g) required as the goal is to be secured, the accepted sheet number (b) being judged at the said A or B points is counted in advance. And, at that point that this number comes to the number of these accepted sheet g0, cutting by the shear 16 is stopped, and thereby such a method that winds up an uncut strip 10 on a payoff reel 12 is adoptable. In addition, a tail end cutting shear 40, hich divides and cuts the rewound strip 10 in the midway, is installed. With this constitution, a rate of yield is improved and efficient operation is well promotable. |
