摘要 PURPOSE:To perform machining with the machining face and crystal face kept at a predetermined angle by detecting the output of laser rays transmitted through a work, measuring the position of the crystal face of the work, and adjusting with a support table so that the crystal face is set to a predetermind position. CONSTITUTION:A table 13 is moved in the y-direction, a work 1 is located in front of a YAG laser oscillator 18, and the correct position of the crystal face of the work 1 is detected. That is, red visible laser rays are radiated to the work 1 by a He-Ne gas laser oscillator 19, an angle adjusting mechanism 20 is operated to adjust the angle between the gas laser oscillator 19 and a laser oscillator 18 so that reflected rays are returned to the oscillation port of the gas laser oscillator 19. Then, when laser rays 24 are radiated to the work 1 by the laser oscillator 18, the laser rays 24 are radiated vertically to the work 1, are converted into a predetermined wavelength, and are transmitted through the work 1. Next, laser rays 24a are received by a light receiving section 21 and are converted into a electrical signal, and the output is displayed on an output display unit 22. Accordingly, the work 1 is circularly moved by a handle 12, and when the maximum output position is attained, laser rays are injected at a predetermined angle.
