PURPOSE:To enable a speedy, accurate and economical positioning, by a method wherein screen printing is conducted on a transparent film provided on a substrate, thereafter registration of a wiring pattern printed on the film and the surface of the substrate is confirmed, then the film is peeled off, and screen printing is again conducted. CONSTITUTION:The transparent film 6 of polyethylene or the like is adhered to the surface of the substrate 3, and screen printing is conducted by pressing an ink 2 against the film 6 through a screen 4 provided with a desired wiring pattern while moving a squeegee 1 in the direction of an arrow 101. It is confirmed whether the wiring pattern is printed at a predetermined desired position of the surface of the substrate, and when the pattern is printed at the predetermined position, the film 6 is peeled off, and a predetermined wiring pattern is printed on the surface of the substrate 3 through a screen 4. When the first pattern is not printed at the predetermined position, the relative positions of the screen 5 and the substrate are finely adjusted, and screen printing is again conducted on the film 6, followed by confirmation. |
