<p>PURPOSE:To carry out washing by supplying washing air and a washing solution to the first washing system at first and subsequently raising the pressure of the second washing system from low pressure to high pressure gradually to wash the second washing system, by constituting the first washing system going toward a drain passage from a branch point and the second washing system going toward a paint supply pipe from the branch point. CONSTITUTION:A washing air supply passage 24a and an air supply passage 24b for controlling the supply pressure of a thinner are drawn out of an air supply source 23 and constant high pressure air is sent under pressure. A control apparatus is started and a trigger valve TV is closed, and a drain valve DV is opened to wash the first washing system going toward a drain pipe 41 at the branch point of a paint hose 20. Next, the trigger valve TV is opened and the drain valve DW is closed to wash the second washing system going toward the paint supply pipe 15 of a painting machine A from the branch point 40. At this time, washing air and a thinner are supplied to the paint hose 20 under low pressure to push out the paint bonded to the paint supply pipe 15 toward an atomizing cup 1. Next, both of them are gradually increased in pressure to wash the rear of a partition plate 3 or the circumferential surface of the cup 1 to discharge the removed paint forwardly from the cup 1.</p> |
