<p>PURPOSE:To attain the simple and complete discrimination of plural documents having the same contents for each address or each output, by containing a specific and different type of character into each of those documents. CONSTITUTION:When a document is produced, the title of the document is first supplied and the document file designated by the document file stored in an external storage 11 is stored in a main storage 2. Then an address name is supplied through a keyboard 6 and at the same time a specific and different types of character is designated. Here an achievement file showing the correspondence between the address and the different type of character. Then a substitute key 10 is pushed for start of a substituting process where the characters in the document file are searched one by one. Then a character designated as a different type of character is searched and the corresponding different type of character is read out of a memory 5 for different type of character and replaced. Thus all screens of address documents are replaced for each screen. As a result, plural documents of the same contents can be discriminated simply and completely for each address or each output.</p> |
