PURPOSE:To enable the reference to the necessary information only despite no external designation of a code by carrying out the evaluation successively to the inner loop from the outer loop with a multiplex Do loop in the vector processing of a source program. CONSTITUTION:A vector information collecting part 21 extracts a Do loop by the information obtained from the analysis of structure and evaluates the parameter. In the case of a multi-level structure of the Do loop, the evaluation is carried out successively to the inner Do loop from the outer Do loop. Then the part 21 stores the code information on the Do parameter evaluated for each Do loop into a code information storage part 23. In this case, the code information are chained by means of a pointer so that the reference is possible to the outer Do loop from the inner Do loop. This chain is immediately con nected to the code information on the outer Do loop from the code information in the same Do loop. Thus it is possible to refer to the necessary information only when the Do loop of each level is analyzed. This improves the loop vector efficiency. |
