PURPOSE:To obtain uniform slivers without mixing unevenness nor streaky unevenness, by drafting plural kinds of slivers in drafting mechanisms suited to the respective slivers and laminating the respective resultant beltlike fleeces into one mixed sliver. CONSTITUTION:Plural slivers (A), (B) and (C) having at least one different kind, fineness and fiber length of the fibers are mixed spun. Plural kinds of drafting mechanisms of different types are provided in many stages in parallel in the vertical direction and the slivers (A), (B) and (C) are fed to the drafting mechanisms suited to the characteristics of the respective constituent fibers and drafted. The resultant respective beltlike fleeces are then laminated to give one mixed spun silver. |
