In a hierarchical data base a selectable part of a table can be accessed by a query user and displayed and stored as a query result. A plurality of transfer packages, each defining a transfer format and destination, are created and stored in a query data base. In a transfer dialog between the query user and the query data base, saved or new query results are combined with appropriate transfer packages for further transfer to local or remote destinations. |
