PURPOSE:To increase the types of using fluid and prevent the pollution of said fluid by the action of both members by connecting a closed space between a pump body and a polimeric film to the exterior with a flow path, and providing plural annular members and elastic members having specific forms on said film. CONSTITUTION:A vacant space 9 between a pump body 10 and a polimeric film 1 which is thermally fused to the body 10, is connected to the exterior with a flow path 6, and a valve 7 and a spring 8 are housed in this space 9. Annular members 2 (2-1-2-3) are thermally fused to the outside of the polimeric film 1, and a hole is provided on a part of the member 2 to pass through an elastic member 3. When a push rod 4 is moved up and down increasing or reducing the volume 9 to carry out a pumping action, the quantity of variation in length is absorbed by small deformations between the annular members 2, on the polimeric film 1, to prevent the elongation of the film 1, while the elastic member 3 slides in the radial direction to absorb the variation, contributing to increase and decrease in pressure of the pump. Due to such a construction of a pump, the range of the types of using fluid can be enlarged while preventing the pollution of the fluid. |
