摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the looseness of a tape, by making the outer circumferential length of each first roller differ as much as the specified value at a time in advance so as to alter both winding and delivery quantities to and from each of the these first rollers as much as the specified value at a time in spite of any variation in an outer circumferential diameter of a second roller. CONSTITUTION:Tapes 131-13n in thickness (t) are wound between first rollers 111-11n of radii r1-rn and a second roller of a radius R1 parallelly set up with each other. In this case, the condition required for each tape being moved without looseness comes to rn=r1+(r1/R1)(n-1)t. Here, each of r1, R1, (n) and (t) is a constant value to be set at the time of a design, so if these four values are set, each radius of first rollers 112-11n is set automatically. Therefore, in case of these first rollers consisting in a circular section each, it will do that these radii r2-rn are merely selected to such values that satisfy the said conditional equation. As a result, tape looseness is eliminable.</p>
